Order Acceptance: All online and telephone orders are subject to approval at our Corporate Offices in San Diego, California (USA) 92102. Online orders can be placed anytime, or our sales associates are ready to take your order at 1-619-573-9919 Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST. Some announced manufacturers products that may be included on our Website might not be available at press time. We’ll provide customers an anticipated delivery date to the best of our ability based on our suppliers’ estimations. (Estimations are subject to change) Rest assured that your credit card will only be billed for items that actually ship. Out of stock or backordered products will be billed only when they are received and shipped. Please contact your representative for dealership minimum quantities per items, per order, versus your minimums for re-orders. There is a minimum for online orders, however our standard minimum applies to telephone and mail orders. We also maintain a minimum order for bulk volume pound or kilo weights ie coffee beans, import product, minimum for 4K 360 VR cameras and VR headsets, and products or items specified as remaining stock, clearance stock, or select items.
Payment: All sales shall be prepaid. When payment terms are extended to Professional Products Division customers, payment shall be 4%-30, Net 31 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise specified. Payment for terms accounts must be made by company check, money order, bank check or wire transfer. No credit card payment is allowed for 4%-30, Net 31 terms accounts. KEG Trading Co open account terms remain Net 30. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express credit card payments, & Paypal payments. We ask that you supply your account number, full name as it appears on your card, expiration date & bank code (where applicable). Handling and/or shipping charges will be added to the charge slip. All cards are subject to verification of billing & shipping address.
Returned Checks: Payments made by check that result in a Returned Check, are subject to a $15.00 processing fee.
Open Account: We offer open account billing to qualified customers. Many accounts can be credit approved within 4 days, (some take longer). Credit references are required from 1 bank and 3 industry related sources and should include account numbers, addresses and phone & fax numbers for credit approval. Click here for a copy of our credit application. Orders from businesses, government agencies, and private or public institutions that meet our credit standards and pending our credit approval, will be shipped on open account. Occasionally, new online orders may be delayed for open account customers if credit limit is exceeded, or other terms of open account have not been met for previous orders. In these events, we make every effort to contact you as soon as possible to minimize any delay. When payment terms are extended to Pro Products customers, payment shall be 4%-30, net 31 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise specified. KEG Trading Co client open account terms remain Net 30. All payments are applied to the oldest outstanding invoice. Any unpaid balance after 31 days will be subject to a 1½% interest charge per month. A $15-$20 bank service charge will be passed on and assessed for all bad checks. In the event of collection, all collection costs including but not limited to storage, advertising, accounting and all costs incurred through outside collection services, including reasonable attorney’s fees, are to be paid by the purchaser.
International Orders: All accounts outside of the U.S.A. are to be paid by Wire Transfer, Letter of Credit, or Cashiers Check, in advance of shipment. Shipping terms as listed on our website do not apply to International Orders. Shipping for International Orders will be determined and verified by customers via email.
Sales Tax: California customers will be charged sales tax according to their state's jurisdiction. If tax exempt, please contact our sales department at 1-619-573-9919 to arrange our receipt of a copy of your exemption certificate prior to the completion of your order, or fax your certificate to 1- 619) 546-0642.
Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped F.O.B., primarily from our headquarters location in San Diego, CA 92102. Orders are usually shipped by standard UPS ground, or Best Way unless other means are specified or selected. KEG reserves the right to choose shipping method, unless you as reseller have a designated method per your purchase order terms.
Products that are marked "Free Shipping" will not have shipping charges calculated at checkout. "Free Shipping" only applies to orders shipped within the continental U.S.. Items marked "Free Shipping" are not eligible for expedited shipping methods. KEG reserves the right to choose "Free Shipping" method.
Telephone and Online orders received by 3:00 pm PST are shipped next day* on regularly stocked items; Telephone and Online orders placed after 3:00 pm PST, are shipped next available business day* on regularly stocked items. Telephone and Online orders placed after 3:00 pm Friday through Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped next business day* on regularly stocked items, usually Monday. For items that are not in stock at the time of the order, our policy is to contact customers as soon as possible with availability and estimated ship times.
Shipping charges will be prepaid & added to the cost of your order at time of shipment. Special drop shipments on large orders need extra time for production and/or truck shipment. In these situations shipping charges may follow on a separate invoice for customers with terms. Shipping times and dates are approximate. We are not responsible for shipping inconsistencies beyond the control of KEG Trading Co. We have a $6.50 minimum shipping charge for all orders, with additional shipping dependent on actual weight of order, or number of cartons.
International Shipping: (outside of the continental U.S.) We offer multiple choices of carrier for orders shipping to international addresses, including DHL, FedEx, UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Do note that USPS has been known to have inconsistent tracking ability internationally. Therefore KEG cannot be responsible for any lost packages shipped by international USPS services. Though we insure international USPS shipments for full value, and will place and follow up on a claim, the insurance may not pay for the entire amount of the shipment. We do recommend that whenever possible that it is best to use the international carrier choice that can track packages throughout its transit.
